Pretoria, Krüger Park, Swaziland, St. Lucia und Lesotho

Day 1
This day has been allocated as a day of rest and relaxation after a long flight! You will be collected at the JHB international airport and taken to Pretoria by our shuttle service, there you will be booked into your hotel and given most of the afternoon to relax, in the evening you will be collected and taken to a restaurant which offers an excellent menu. During the course of the evening you will meet the SAMA team and be introduced to the rest of the tour group! After dinner there will be a short briefing before returning to the hotel.

Day 2
After breakfast you will be collected at the hotel, luggage will be packed and the handing over of the motorcycles will take place. A briefing will be held in order to familiarize yourself with the motorcycle, rules of the road and the planned route for the day will be discussed. Mid morning we will set off east taking a very scenic route arriving at Graskop in Mpumalanga later in the afternoon. In the late afternoon you will be taken by bus to the Shangana Cultural Village where you will get to enjoy a truly African experience. This will be an unforgettable evening under the African skies. You will get to enjoy the local food and enjoy their culture and way of life.

Day 3
This is where the real riding begins, by now you should be familiar with your motorcycle and ready to take on the roads that have been described as some of the best for motorcycles in the world!!! This is an action packed day! On route we will visit very well known tourist attractions, Waterfalls, Mountain Passes and Historical Towns. The natural beauty of this area is an unforgettable experience and there is no better way to tour the area than by motorcycle. In the afternoon you will get the option to take on the world's biggest swing, which is situated on the same property as the hotel.

Day 4
On this day after a late breakfast we will make our way towards the Kruger National Park. There we will book into a game lodge, which borders the park, the route includes a short off road section! At the game lodge you will be taken on game drives (Safaris BIG 5), walks and enjoy a wonderful Braai (BBQ) in the evening. This is a very exciting day and a rewarding experience.

Day 5
On this day we will make our way towards Swaziland stopping at some surprise destinations! During the course of the day we will cross the border and make our way to a luxury hotel (which offers a Casino), where we will spend the evening!

Day 6
Waking up early on this day we will head out on a somewhat longer journey towards St. Lucia Kwazulu Natal making our way back into South Africa, on journey we will stop off at Swazi Candles a world famous candle factory specializing in candles of all shapes, sizes and colors, a very interesting experience. In the late afternoon we will arrive at ST. Lucia (a world heritage site) and book into our hotel. In the evening you will have the freedom to eat dinner at any of the restaurants in town!

Day 7
On this day we will give motorcycle riding a break, ST. Lucia has so much to offer and an action packed day is planned! In the morning we will go whale watching (seasonal), this is an awesome experience out at sea! In the afternoon we will go on a river ride (Booze Cruise) this is also very exciting. You will get to see Hippos, Crocodiles and other animals while enjoying a sundowner and a light snack. This day is guaranteed to be a highlight of the trip!! (if whale watching is out of season an equally exciting activity will be added)

Day 8
Time to head inland, on this day we make our way towards the battlefields area in Kwazulu Natal. On route we will visit the battlefields, museums and discuss the history of the area, this is very interesting and on part of the route we will do some off-road riding. We will spend the evening at a nature reserve that was declared a natural heritage site by Nelson Mandela! The reserve has an abundance of wild life and bird life.

Day 9
After Breakfast we are on the road again, making our way to Golden Gate (just outside Lesotho), on route we will stop off at some more tourist attractions, lots of photo opportunities as we pass through the Drakensberg Mountain range, you will notice how diverse the landscape is in South Africa, The roads along this stretch are very enjoyable! In the afternoon we will arrive at our hotel there are activities such as walks and hiking in the area for those who have enough energy.

Day 10
On this day you will have the option to either experience a very exciting long ride to Katze Dam in Lesotho or just do some local riding and relaxing! Option 1 is definitely a worthwhile experience. It is an early start, you will enter the Lesotho border and make your way towards Katze Dam (a huge man made dam that forms part of the Highlands water project which supplies water to South Africa in times of drought) you will experience a road that has more turns within 80km than any other road in Africa. A motorcycle riders dream, the condition of the road is excellent with very little traffic. The Katze Dam is truly eye opening! After lunch we will return along the same road arriving back at the hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 11
Time to head back towards Pretoria, after breakfast we start the journey back! It is a nice ride through the outskirts of Johannesburg, once back in Pretoria we can do some local site seeing, The bikes will be returned in the afternoon and in the evening we will have a get together where everybody can reminisce about the previous days after which you will be returned to the hotel.

Day 12
Those of you flying back home will be taken to the Airport compliments of our shuttle service!

Eingeschlossene Leistungen:
Airport transfer: You will be collected from the airport on the first day of the tour and returned again on the last, the shuttle service will also include night outings.

Accommodation: All hotels have been selected carefully, they are all well rated and very comfortable.

Breakfast: Breakfast is included ensuring a great start to the day.

Snacks & Refreshments: Snacks and Refreshments will be available in the backup vehicle at stops along the way.

Dinner: A limited amount of dinners have been included in order for you to have the freedom to enjoy a wider selection of food at your own time (7 dinners have been included in the tour).

Adventure activities: All included you will get to enjoy some very interesting activities such as:
• Shangana Cultural Village
• Big 5 game drives (Safaris)
• Game walks
• Whale Watching out at sea (or alternative)
• Hippo and Croc river cruise

Tour Guides: Tour Guides are at your service for the duration of the tour, they are there to ensure an enjoyable hassle free tour.

Motorcycle rental: Motorcycle rental is included

Backup Vehicle: Transports all your luggage, a backup motorcycle and spares. Takes a less scenic more direct route to the next destination.
